Yayin da cututtukan fungal masu saurin yaduwa ke lalata amfanin gona da yawa, su ma suna da kyau lokacin zabar masaukin su. Kowane naman gwari gabaɗaya yana nuna takamaiman kewayon mai masaukin baki, amma tsarin wannan ƙayyadaddun ba a fahimta sosai ba.
Masu bincike na Jami'ar Kyoto yanzu sun gano tare da rarraba sunadaran fungal guda hudu da ake kira masu tasiri da ke da alhakin dakile garkuwar shuka daga kamuwa da cuta. Takardar "Zaɓaɓɓen tura masu tasiri na virulence ya dace da ƙayyadaddun runduna a cikin kwayar cutar fungal" ta bayyana a ranar 20 ga Maris, 2023 a cikin Sabon Likitan Jiki.
Phytopathogens sune tsire-tsire pathogenic fungi wanda ke ɓoye waɗannan tasirin. A sakamakon haka, naman gwari mai cutarwa gabaɗaya yana nuna ƙayyadaddun ƙayyadaddun mahaɗan lokacin da ke cutar da tsire-tsire, yana haifar da fiye da 70% na cututtuka na shuka.
A cewar masu binciken, hudu sunadaran sakamako mai suna EPC1 zuwa EPC4 a cikin Colletotrichum orbiculare - naman gwari mai phytopathogenic - ya kafa takamaiman takamaiman kokwamba.
"Masu tasiri guda hudu suna da jerin amino acid daban-daban, suna ba da shawarar cewa suna aiki da kansu, amma muna buƙatar ci gaba da nazarin aikin kowane mai tasiri don samun ƙarin haske," in ji marubucin jagora Yoshitaka Takano na Makarantar Graduate na Aikin Noma na KyotoU.
Takano ta tawagar amfani aikin bincike- rushewar kwayoyin halittar da aka yi niyya - akan kwayoyin halitta masu kama da tasiri, wadanda aka bayyana sosai a cikin kebe guda shida na kwayar cutar.
“Dazun mun fasa budowa don fahimtar yadda tasirin fungi na phytopathogenic ke haifar da ƙayyadaddun runduna. Ilimin da muke girma zai iya haifar da sabbin fasahohin kare amfanin gona."
